Terms + Conditions for Website Sales

Welcome to Blicq. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. ORDERS + ACCEPTANCE

All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Every Blicq product is unique due to the natural variations in fish leather and cork materials. Variations in color, pattern, and texture are to be expected and are not considered defects.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images; however, colors may vary slightly depending on your device and lighting.

3. PRICING + PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the available payment methods.
Taxes and shipping fees (where applicable) will be added to your order total.

4. SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We ship within North America and internationally. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method selected.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services beyond our control.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.

5. RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will review and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

6. WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. Any manufacturing defects within three years of purchase will be addressed promptly.
Normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse is not covered.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and designs, are the property of Blicq and protected by copyright laws.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Blicq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Return + Refund Policy

At Blicq, each handbag and accessory is crafted with utmost care, using sustainable and unique materials,

like fish leather and cork. Our commitment to quality and craftsmanship ensures every piece is timeless and built to last.

Please review our return policy carefully to ensure your satisfaction:

RETURNS

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature and cannot be returned.
- Final sale items are also excluded from returns.

HOW TO RETURN

Contact our Customer Service team at style@blicq.ca with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and authorization.
Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the authorization.

EXCHANGES

No exchanges are offered. Each Blicq product is handcrafted and varies from item to item, making every piece unique and one-of-a-kind.

REFUNDS

Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Blicq error.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Inspect your order upon arrival.
For damaged or defective items, contact style@blicq.ca immediately with photos.
We will promptly arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
